Onboard New Resident
Add a new resident and start their onboarding.
What this captures
- Tenant name, email, phone
- Property & unit assignment
- Lease term, rent, deposit, move-in date
- Section 8 / voucher status
- Portal invite to set up their login
Opens the Resident Onboarding form and adds the resident to the pipeline (Ready to Onboard). You'll move them through outreach → lease/move-in → portal invite from the Resident Onboarding tab.
